Q. I only have limited times at weekends or evenings to discuss my requirements?
A. That's no problem, we are happy to arrange a visit at a time to suit you.
Q. I'm unsure what type of blind would be best?
A. We will bring a full range of samples for you to choose from and we will be happy to advise you.
Q. Once I have chosen, how long will it take to get a price for the work?
A. We can provide you with an on the spot quotation.
Q. Do I need to make a decision to go ahead with the work at the meeting?
A. Absolutely not, if you are undecided or need to discuss with a partner for example, we will leave the quote with you to consider at your leisure.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit before work fitting commences?
A. We do ask for a 50% deposit, the balance payable upon completion of the work.
Q. How long will I wait from order placement to fitting?
A. Usually your new blinds will be fitted between 7-10 days of the order. Once the blinds have been received by us we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.
Q. I'm unsure on design and colour, can you help?
A. We can. Our colour consultant is happy to attend with the estimator to advise and suggest colour combinations if you would like a second opinion or a helping hand with matching existing design features.
